About Us
A couple of days ago, our 11th grade English teacher asked us to create a project that would have a significant impact. We both had a difficult time coming up with anything that we cared about. After much deliberation, research, and brainstorming, we came to a conclusion. We could do our project on a topic that impacts us all everyday: Body Image. We have struggled with body image. The women in our families have struggled with body image. Our friends have struggled with body image. Girls from places all over the world are struggling with their body image. This is a legitimate problem. We want to make a difference. We cannot change the way you feel about yourself, but we can show you that you are beautiful. A few ways we will go about this are: sharing articles about unrealistic beauty, having a weekly(ish) challenge, interviewing people and creating a video to raise awareness. We believe that with your help, we can make a change for the better.

This is really cool, girls. I hope you both keep working on this and encouraging girls out their. Keep up the good work. I think that as this project gets bigger it will up lift many people in society.
